I have dealt with many HVAC companies in my employment with a property management company before I retired. When my AC stopped working, my first and only call was to Aaron from Hartwick. He is the most thorough and knowledgeable tech I have ever dealt with. He came to my home on a Monday and checked my AC system, and the 20-year-old AC couldn’t be fixed. I got an estimate Monday afternoon, and Tuesday morning, Dylan and Jason delivered and installed my new system. This company and these technicians provide a professional service and excellent customer service. Referred Hartwick to a friend when they completed my install, and Aaron went to her house when they were done. She called me a short while later, couldn’t thank me enough, she contracted with Hartwick for a new system.
