- No Dispatch Fee for service calls during normal business hours.
- One Air Conditioning Evaluation annually, including a basic outdoor condenser unit cleaning to help maintain efficient operation and improve system performance.
- One Heating Evaluation annually to inspect the overall condition, operation, and safety of your heating system.
- One Plumbing Evaluation annually, which includes an inspection of all accessible plumbing components and fixtures where water flows throughout the home, helping identify leaks, worn components, drainage concerns, and other potential plumbing issues before they become major problems.
- 10% Discount on all parts and labor for repairs.
- Priority Scheduling for faster service when you need us most.
- After-Hours, Emergency, and Holiday Service available for a discounted dispatch fee of $89.00.

Why Preventative Plumbing Maintenance Matters
Many plumbing problems begin as small leaks, worn valves, or minor drainage issues that often go unnoticed until significant damage has occurred. An annual plumbing evaluation helps detect leaks early, identify signs of corrosion or failing components, verify that fixtures and shut-off valves are functioning properly, and help prevent water damage, higher utility bills, and costly emergency repairs. Preventative plumbing maintenance provides peace of mind by helping ensure your home's water systems continue operating safely and efficiently.
Maintenance Scheduling Disclaimer
It is the customer's responsibility to schedule all maintenance visits included in their HVAC and plumbing maintenance plan. Customers may schedule service by calling, texting, or emailing our office.
As a courtesy, we will send maintenance reminders and may make reasonable attempts to contact customers to schedule their maintenance. However, failure to receive a reminder or be contacted by our office does not relieve the customer of their responsibility to schedule their maintenance within the applicable service period.
Missed or unscheduled maintenance visits are not guaranteed to be rescheduled outside of the plan's designated maintenance period and may be forfeited in accordance with the terms of the maintenance agreement.
Membership Term & Cancellation
Your HVAC and Plumbing Maintenance Membership is a 12-month commitment that begins on the date of enrollment. By enrolling, you agree to maintain your membership for the full 12-month term.
The membership cannot be canceled before the end of the initial 12-month commitment period. If you choose to cancel, any discounts or benefits applied to your account while on the membership will be invoiced for payment.
After the initial 12-month term, your membership will continue in accordance with the terms of your membership agreement unless canceled within 30 days through written communication.
